Terms and Conditions: UK
The following terms and conditions apply to UK trade customers only.
1. Credit
On receipt of satisfactory references, a 30 day end of month, line of credit will be made available to you. Until then, orders will be supplied on a pro-forma basis.
2. Back Orders
You may choose the period of time for which back orders remain active on the system, eg. 30 days. After that date they will automatically be deleted from the system. Should you wish to cancel any back orders within the period of time given, please contact Customer Services. A back orders list is available on request.
3. Returns and Errors
All items are sold on a firm sale basis and are not returnable except for those damaged in transit, imperfect items or errors in fulfilment. When returning damaged or imperfect items you need only send us the covers or inside front (title) page of books (there is no need to return the complete book). If the item is non book, eg. Video, Audio, or Midi pack, please return the complete package. Returns authorisation must be obtained from Customer Services. Claims are normally only accepted within 28 days of date of invoice.
Please be advised that all titles and quantities entered are the responsibility of the individual placing the order. Credit notes can only be issued where goods are faulty, or have been sent due to a 1st Choice Music Ltd error.
4. Retention of Title
1st Choice Music retains title on all goods supplied and invoiced until such time as the invoices have been paid in full.
5. Archive Items
A delivery period of up to 3 weeks should be allowed for any archive item ordered, depending on the availability.
